What is needed for effective knowledge transfer for the International Building Exhibition 2027 StadtRegion Stuttgart (IBA'27)?

The Internationale Bauausstellung 2027 StadtRegion Stuttgart (IBA'27) explores how we want to live together in the Stuttgart Region in the coming decades. All projects have one common aspect: “the desire to achieve a respectful approach to materials, spaces and social relationships.” As an open, dialogue-based exhibition format, it is addressed to everyone - not only specialists but also citizens. It seeks to make the transformation in the Stuttgart urban region visible as well as tangible (IBA'27).

CCC supported the IBA’27 project team by mirroring the IBA’27 project office tasks, processes and working methods and by exploring the added value of knowledge management as the key driver for change.

As a result of the interactive dialogue between CCC and the IBA’27 team, products and processes to support knowledge transfer at neighbourhood and regional level were identified and potential related services on project and international level were mapped. CCC moderated the dialogue through inspirational talks, co-creation methods and digital concept boards.
