Dr. Nadine Kuhla von Bergmann
CEO / Digital Urban Development
Nadine is the founder and managing director of Creative Climate Cities. As an expert in sustainable urban development and smart cities, she passionately leads the interdisciplinary team. She is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and the development of new services at CCC, and advises federal ministries, municipalities and utilities companies.

Léonie Schwöbel
Living Labs, Digital Cities & Inclusive Design
Léonie is an expert in knowledge transfer and innovation processes in urban development. She advises municipalities on implementing digital solutions and supports transformation projects with a focus on participation, impact, and strategic communication. In addition, she designs and realizes formats such as national congresses and Living Labs.

Dr. Rosa Thoneick
Digital Urban Development
Rosa supports municipalities and administrations in their digitalization projects, particularly in planning and implementing Urban Digital Twins. She draws on her journalistic background to make complex topics accessible and to translate technical knowledge into clear narratives. Her focus lies in connecting scientific expertise with hands-on and co-creative consulting.

Kim Hà Tran
Circular Economy & Impact Strategies
Kim is a circular economy expert specializing in cities and buildings. She advises municipalities on strategies to become circular cities, helping them define measures for circular planning and construction and assess their impact on district level. Her mission is to create climate-just urban structures and promote collaboration for sustainable processes at both the building and district level.

Anna Heinemann
Spatial Strategies & Co-creation Design
Anna is an expert in spatial design and co-creative formats. With her background in architecture and urban studies, she works at the intersection of participatory processes, sustainable urban development, and design practice. She develops concepts for circular industrial areas, nature-based solutions, and inclusive participation formats.

Fabrice Radrizzani
Urban Digital Twins & Social Economic Transformation
Fabrice works on knowledge transfer in various formats and contributes to generating and disseminating insights on digital and sustainable urban development. Alongside his work, he is pursuing a PhD on how the understanding of economic processes in cities must evolve to enable socio-ecological transformation. His aim is to make scientific knowledge accessible and support urban transformation.

Lena Wagner
Marketing & Business Development
Lena works in Marketing and Business Development at CCC. With her background in design, circular economy, and sustainability management, she combines expertise in design and sustainability to strengthen communication and project work. She ensures that project outcomes are visible and accessible to all interested parties.

Alexandra Kurfürst
Accounting, HR & Office Operations
Alexandra works at Creative Climate Cities in office operations, human resources and accounting. With her organizational talent, she ensures that internal processes run efficiently and transparently. Furthermore, she supports the team in everyday workflows. She creates structures that relieve colleagues, foster collaboration, and enable a smooth and sustainable working environment.

Davephine Tholley
Year Scholar of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation
Davephine is a climate protection scholar of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at Creative Climate Cities. She develops nature-based solutions for her hometown Freetown to reduce heat stress and strengthen community resilience. In doing so, she places particular emphasis on equality, social inclusion, and the empowerment of local communities.

Marie Kott
Support in Urban Living Labs
Marie supports Creative Climate Cities as a working student with her expertise in urban planning and sustainable transformation. She contributes to digital and co-creative perspectives for urban development and brings experience from planning, business, and community work. Her focus is on shaping dynamic processes in Urban Living Labs.

Arda Yeldan
Support in Workshops and Events
Arda supports Creative Climate Cities as a working student with his passion for urban planning and design. He assists with projects in analysis, workshop preparation and the production of print media and digital products. His interest lies in the connection between participation processes, design and the implementation of urban strategies.
