Dr. Nadine Kuhla von Bergmann
CEO Creative Climate Cities
Nadine is the founder and managing director of Creative Climate Cities. As an expert in sustainable urban development and smart cities, she passionately leads the interdisciplinary team. She is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and the development of new services at CCC, and advises federal ministries, municipalities and utilities companies.
Léonie Schwöbel
Living Labs, Digital Cities & Inclusive Design
Léonie is an expert in knowledge transfer and innovation processes in urban development. She advises municipalities on implementing digital solutions and supports transformation projects with a focus on participation, impact, and strategic communication. In addition, she designs and realizes formats such as national congresses and Living Labs. She is currently on parental leave.
Anna Heinemann
Spatial Strategies & Co-creation Design
Anna is an expert in spatial design and co-creative formats. With her background in architecture and urban studies, she works at the intersection of participatory processes, sustainable urban development, and design practice. She develops concepts for circular industrial areas, nature-based solutions, and inclusive participation formats.
Marie Kott
Integrated Urban Planning & Spatial Transformation
As an urban planner at Creative Climate Cities, Marie focuses on integrated urban planning and the transformation of urban spaces. She works at the intersection of scientific practice, editorial work, and spatial design. Drawing on her experience in planning, business, and community organizing, she enjoys mediating between different perspectives and stakeholders. Her focus is on shaping dynamic processes and facilitating urban development strategies and spaces for urban innovation.
Arda Yeldan
Participatory Processes and Communication Design
Arda supports Creative Climate Cities as a working student, bringing his passion for urban planning and design to the project. He assists with project management, the production of print media, and the creation of digital products for municipal knowledge transfer. He is particularly interested in the connection between communicating participatory processes and integrating digital tools into urban strategies.
Lena Wagner
Marketing & Business Development
Lena works in Marketing and Business Development at CCC. With her background in design, circular economy, and sustainability management, she combines expertise in design and sustainability to strengthen communication and project work. She ensures that project outcomes are visible and accessible to all interested parties.
Louise König
Exhibitions and Process Design
Louise supports Creative Climate Cities as a working student, bringing her passion for urban planning and sustainable development to the organization. She helps plan and implement interactive exhibitions on various CCC topics and supports participatory processes with visuals, organizational mastermind and during implementation.
