ZubiLabs is developing the eco-district La Pinada at the doorsteps of Valencia and commissioned an international urban design team led by Bipolaire + Partners to develop a sustainable master plan.

CCC was appointed to review the planning process and promote the intensive exchange with European experts to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.

CCC was also part of the team that designed the co-creation methodologies and workshops to accommodate diverse future residents and their individual needs. Social aspects were considered equally to the development of technological solutions with a focus on high quality public spaces.

In its role as strategic advisor, CCC organised an “Experiential District Tour” in Berlin, Malmö and Copenhagen, introducing and match-making the planner and developer team with tech solutions providers, start-ups, municipalities and citizens engaged in innovative district development.
