Since 2024, Creative Climate Cities has been working with Prognos AG to support the city of Halle (Saale) in implementing its smart city strategy. The focus is on the digital twin for industrial space management, a digital education initiative in Halle-Neustadt, and data collection for improved use and planning of public transport.

Creative Climate Cities plans the milestones, develops key indicators, and moderates consolidation meetings with partners such as the municipal utility service (Stadtwerke Halle). With a systematic communication and participation strategy, we ensure visibility and networking of smart city topics within the administration and beyond. This includes cross-departmental tools for user stories and strategic storytelling for internal administrative communication.
