A comprehensive catalog for digital solutions in urban development

"Smart City Solutions (SCS)" was conceived as a showcase and practical tool for local authorities in order to disseminate the knowledge gained from the "Smart Cities" pilot projects to the wider municipal community. The online database aims to communicate complex digital solutions and processes in a simple and clear way in order to facilitate transfer between municipalities.

With the help of the "SC Solutions", scalable solutions such as urban data platforms, smart city apps and urban digital twins are presented in concise profiles showing urban development policy and spatial effects.

Creative Climate Cities is the consultant for the creation of a concept for transferring the municipalities’ gained practical knowledge. The basis of the data required comes from the "Smart Cities Model Projects" funding programme and is being continuously expanded.

The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development, and Construction (BMWSB).
